Details
Toremifene citrate is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that is widely being used as endocrine therapy for estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. Toremifene citrate is known to increase bone mineral density in prostate cancer patients undergoing androgen deprivation therapy. It was inactive against MERS-CoV in vitro in one study.
