Protein Ladders & Gel Staining
BioVision offers Pre-stained Protein Ladder (Markers) and Protein Staining Kits. The Pre-stained Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring proteins separated during SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximate sizing of proteins. The ladder is supplied in a gel loading buffer and is ready to use, without heating, diluting, or a reducing agent prior to loading.
