Exosome Isolation Tools
Exosomes are small endosome derived lipid nanoparticles (50-120 nm in diameter), actively secreted by exocytosis in most living cells. Ultracentrifugation is currently the gold standard methodology for exosomes isolation from biological fluids or cell supernatants. However, it does not effectively isolate exosomes from small volume samples, requires expensive equipments and is time-consuming.
Biovision has developed and optimized several tools for isolating overall or specific exosome sub-populations from small volumes of sample in an efficient, faster and cheaper way. We offer three classes of exosome isolation tools:
1. ExoPure™ Reagent:
ExoPure™ Reagent is a fast and convenient one-step method based on chemical precipitation, for total exosome isolation from biological fluids (i.e. plasma, serum and urine) and cell culture media. The reagent is available in different volumes.
2. ExoPure™ Immunoplates:
ExoPure™ Immunoplates are 96 multiwell plates, covalently pre-coated with specific exosome-binding antibodies allowing exosome capture and isolation from different sources (cell supernatant, human plasma, serum, urine and saliva). Transparent, white and black plates are available depending on the downstream detection approach (colorimetric, luminometric or fluorimetric respectively).
3. ExoPure™ Isolation Kit:
ExoPure™ Isolation Kit (Body Fluids) is a fast and convenient method of exosome isolation and purification at high yields from body fluids including CSF, Amniotic fluid, Inflammatory fluid, Lymph fluid, Breast milk, Saliva, GI fluid, Broncho alveolar lavage fluid. This kit yields much highly pure exosomes as compared to exosome precipitation methods.
4. ExoPure™ Reagent:
ExoPure™ Reagent is a fast and convenient one-step method based on chemical precipitation, for total exosome isolation from biological fluids (i.e. plasma, serum and urine) and cell culture media. The reagent is available in different volumes.
5. ExoPure™ Size Exclusion Columns:
ExoPure™ Size Exclusion Columns (SEC) are columns designed for isolating EVs in a fast and easy way. BioVision has developed different classes of SEC columns for Exosome Isolation: SEC and Mini SEC Columns are two different sizes of column for EV purification from biofluids (plasma, serum, urine) and cell media and for different sample volumes.
