Details
MHY1485 is an mTOR activator that potently inhibits autophagy by suppression of fusion between autophagosomes and lysosomes. Treatment with MHY1485 suppresses the basal autophagic flux, and this inhibitory effect is clearly confirmed in cells under starvation, a strong physiological inducer of autophagy.
