Is the ECM solution growth factor reduced?

May I know if you have any stability information regarding the Staining Dye- i.e. will the fluorescence dye fade away very quickly?
Since the dye does not get incorporated or covalently attach to any cellular components after they enter the cells, they may have a short retention time as some cell types may actively efflux the dye out of the cell. Therefore, we recommend observing the cells as soon as the staining is done as it may fade soon.
What type of endothelial cells was tested with the kit? Have you tested HDMECs?
We used EA.hy926 cells to optimize the kit. We have not tested HDMECs with this kit.
