2',3',5'-triacetyl-5-Azacytidine is an oral prodrug form of 5-Azacytidine. 5-Azacytidine is an inhibitor of DNA methyltransferase, which can reverse epigenetically silenced genes. 2',3',5'-triacetyl-5-Azacytidine inhibits methylation and improves life expectancies in murine L1210 lymphocytic leukemia models.
