U.S. and Canadian orders received by 4PM (PST) Mon.-Thurs. are shipped same day* for next day delivery; orders received after 4PM Thurs. will be shipped the following Mon. International orders are shipped on Mon. & Fri. (Shipping Rates Will Vary) *Subject to product availability

For your convenience, BioVision accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for Purchases. Credit card approval must be obtained prior to shipment.

PRICES:

All prices quoted on this site are in U.S. dollars. Pricing on this site is U.S. pricing, for international pricing, orders, or inquiries please contact the approprite distributor in your area. Prices are subject to change without notice.

TERMS:

Net 30 days in U.S. dollars pending credit approval.

RESTOCKING FEE:

In the case of purchasing error or change in an order after the order has been shipped, BioVision will charge a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee applies to unopened, properly stored items that are authorized for return. All shipping costs to be paid by the buyer.

WARRANTIES:

BioVision’s products are warranted to meet our product specifications in effect at the time of shipment. Notice of nonconforming products must be made to BioVision within 30 days of receipt of the product. This product warranty limits BioVision’s liability to the replacement of the product only. In no events, shall BioVision be liable for any kinds of losses or damages resulting from the use of BioVision’s products.

Note: If the above terms are not acceptable to you, promptly return any products in the package in which they were received. Failure to promptly return the product or any use of the product constitutes acceptance of the above terms.
