Application & Usage: Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Recombinant human Lipocalin-2 (Cat.# 4928-10) can be used as a positive control. The antibody recognizes ~ 20kDa Lipocalin 2 of human origin. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
